Your digital photo must:
• contain no other objects or people
• not have any shadows on your face or behind you
• be facing forward as much as possible
• have your eyes open and visible
• not have hair covering your eyes
• not show you wear sunglasses or tinted glasses
• Images should be 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the final size in the layout (or at least 1mb file size in the appropriate format.
Things to avoid:
• Web images are predominately low resolution (72-96 dpi) GIF or JPEG files. This resolution is good for quick transmission over the internet, but is not acceptable for use in printing. Do not save images or graphics from a website to use in your print project!
